Berlin Custom Leather Single Ply Off Billet has four holes and a sturdy tie string, and is creased and edged. The full length is 38″. The lightest color is Skirting leather which is pliable and molds well to the horse’s shape. Harness leather is the medium chestnut color and is stuffed with waxes, oiled, and buffed so it’s supple, sweat-resistant, and weather-resistant. The darkest color, Latigo, has a rich warm color and is very strong and durable.
