Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping.
